I work with Black women scientists who are not stuck because they lack talent, credentials, or drive. They are stuck because they were trained in systems that reward patience and penalize self-advocacy — and then told to compete in a market that rewards neither.
My coaching is built on a simple belief: you already have everything you need. What you're missing is a map, a mirror, and someone who has navigated this terrain before and will tell you the truth about what they found.
